Another talk about music. Since I heart music so much, I'm learning to play guitar so I could sing all the time. Could tell from the picture that I am not having my guitar perfectly held. I am not fluent in guitar, but I enjoy learning it.

For my outfit today, I am wearing a sample cotton dress I made for dreamshop, it is Audrey maxi dress, but since it's a sample, the fabric isn't the same. Maybe one day Audrey maxi dress will come in this fabric. For the sandal, I am wearing ROXY beach sandal, accesorize with beautiful shell charms on the ankle.

This is the first post since several months, years maybe? Actually, I don't know what to write, but yeah. Let's talk about yesterday, November 11, 2011. It was a special day, wasn't it? It's the opening of SEAGAMES in Palembang, my beloved hometown, and also a special combination of number. It is said that many people choose the day to get married, also choose the day to gave birth.

Several friends ask me if i went to the opening of the SEAGAMES, sadly I didn't. I watched it from TV. Spectaculer fireworks.

And for dinner today, I have a plate of beef stroganof, by a newly open pancake restaurant in Palembang. Look delicious isn't it?

For my outfit, today I'm wearing grey stripe Mango dress from last year and F21 mary jane pumps that I bought last year. It is so last-year, but I still love it very much. It will go with everythings, dresses, and socks, too. :)

The Brush Guard

A little review for the brush guard that I bought from thebrushguard.com that I love very much.

Bought this item almost for my brush, including eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, powder, kabuki brush. Almost all my brush are covered with this brush guard.
First, I always hate my 217 and 224 for being not so neat, because use these brush frequently, they became so big at the end. After using brush guard, they come back to the original shape, like when the first time I bought it. Also with mu blush brush 168, became so beautiful, like new. So, with this cheap brushguard + cheap shipping cost, why won't I buy another more to keep my brush new???

The Tangle Teezer

Received this hair brush last week.
Why did I buy it? Because my hair is very difficult to comb, I have wavy / curly permed hair, long hair. But when it comes to brush or comb my hair, it is very difficult. So made a decision to bought this item.

When use, it feels very easy to brush, from the usually hard to brush tangle, become an easy tangle. So I thought it was worth to buy. It save me lots of time brushing my hair. I didn't mean that the hair become tangle free, but it saves me a lot of time, no more difficult tangle.

I use it wet or dry, didn't matter. But my heart do fall off a little, but it's not as much as using usual wide tooth comb.

Shahnaz Husain Kohl Eyeliner

Heard some reviews about this eyeliner, Shahnaz Husain Eyeliner Kohl, that very interesting.
Received it today, tried it, and so this is my review.

When looking at the back of the package, it gives the description details about the ingredients, indications, expire date, method of use, etc.

The indication said that it is used to pampering eyes, relax eyes, and promoted the growth of the luxuriant eyelashes. The main ingredient: Triphala, was used in the ancient Ayurvedic systems for vision care.

And it also said: THIS IS AN AYURVEDIC MEDICINE AND NOT COSMETIC.

So believe it or not, i'll try it.

The eyeliner itself looks like a lipstick.

When used, fell soft, like a lipstick, easy to use, also very bold color, no need to apply it repeatedly. The color it self looks very black. Also I try it for 6 hours, no smudging, no panda eyes, that usually happen with other eyeliner brand, including MAC Engraved eyeliner.

So, this is my review.

MAC Grand Duo collections

This is my last week hauls, MAC Grand Duo.
I got these lovely blushers in 3 colors, that I thought will suit my skin tone, about NC or NW 15. Never know what exact skin tone that I have.

So, I just pick up 3 colors; Moonriver, Love Rock, and Grand Duo.

Moonriver:
A very beautiful soft baby peachy pink, a thought of NARS orgasm in one side, and MAC lightscapade on the other side. I love this color very much, since it is very easy to use this color.

Love Rock:
Cute dolly pink looks in the pan, a shimmery pink with a little bit purplerish look, a little bit blue based. As the highlighter have gold shimmer and lavenderish vein. Very beautiful color, love it!

Grand Duo:
A deep plummy pink, I must use it very lighthanded, I think.

This is the swatch that I made, left to right, love rock, grand duo, moonriver. Hope you could see it clearly, (moonriver and love rock look a little bit similar under my camera)
